Caring for a family member at home?

  • You may be eligible for Seniorlink's Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program. SFC is a new caregiver coaching and support program now available in Georgia. If you live with the family member you’re caring for and she or he is eligible for Medicaid, you may qualify. Please check the Georgia Medicaid website to make sure that the person you care for is eligible.

Seniorlink's SFC program provides care with:

    • A tax-free financial stipend
    • Ongoing support from a professional care coach
    • Access to a secure mobile app to connect you
    with your coach

Seniorlink has been serving family caregivers for 20 years, and 91% of participants say they would recommend our program to other caregivers. Each SFC program is different, so please make sure to ask for Seniorlink by name.
