If you live with the family member you’re caring for and he or she is eligible for Medicaid Long Term Care, you may qualify for Seniorlink's Coordinated Caregiving program. To determine if your loved one is eligible for Medicaid, please check the North Carolina Medicaid website.

Coordinated Caregiving is a new caregiver coaching and support program in North Carolina dedicated to providing resources for caregivers as they help keep their loved ones at home.

With Seniorlink's Coordinated Caregiving program, you will receive:
• A tax-free financial stipend
• Ongoing support from a professional care coach
• Access to a secure mobile app to connect you
with your coach
