At Caregiver Homes, our unique program in Rhode Island, RIte @ Home - a Shared Living option, pairs caregivers with ongoing guidance and support, so you can care for your loved ones at home - where they want to be.

To qualify for Caregiver Homes’ RIte @ Home program, you must live with your loved one who is a Medicaid Long Term Care (LTC) -eligible elder or individual with a disability that requires assistance with activities like dressing, bathing, feeding and more.

Our Caregiver Homes program provides care with:

• A tax-free financial stipend
• Ongoing support from a professional care coach (RN and Social Worker)
• Access to a secure mobile app to connect you
with your coach
